It was finally potato harvesting time! Many returning members of the Gardening Club remembered planting the seed potatoes last year into the green buckets. After patiently waiting for these potatoes to grow, it was finally time to tip the bucket and harvest! We were excited to find a big crop this year, every member of the Gardening Club and Compost Club got to take home a potato or two (or 3-4 mini ones).
