This year was the first year UNSW Assessments went completely digital. All competitions were sat on line. This posed some issues throughout the competition with access to tests, and many technical issues etc. Children now have to have a sound knowledge computer literacy and skills as well as curriculum knowledge in order to complete each of the competitions.

All of the entrants coped extremely well. They were patient and co-operative.

Below are the competition results so far. Each child will receive a lovely certificate and they can access an analysis one line so they can see where future learning is necessary.

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES:
Congratulations to David Dong and Peter Zhou in Year 5 and Reuben Hodgson, Hannah Smith and Grace Young in Year 6 who all received a Distinction Award.
Filbert Josowidjojo, Chanithi Liyanage,and Ben Xiong in Year 5, and Aidan Procter in Year 6 were all awarded Credit Certificates.

SPELLING BEE:
Congratulations to Hannah Smith in Year 6 who received High Distinction.Miriam Hong and Ben Xiong in Year 5 both received Distinction Awards. Peter Zhou in Year 5 received a Credit Award.

SCIENCE:
Congratulations to Peter Zhou in Year 5 who received High Distinction. David Dong,and Ben Xiong in Year 5, along with Hannah Smith in Year 6 all received Distinction Awards. Matteo Fossi in Year 5 and Timothy Sun and Grace Young in Year 6 all received Credit Awards.

ENGLISH:
Congratulations to Hannah Smith in Year 6 who achieved High Distinction. Sasha Shepherd in Year 6 was awarded a Distinction Award. David Dong and Peter Zhou in Year 5 and Jeremiah Yu in Year 6 all received Credit Awards.

MATHEMATICS:
Congratulations to Peter Zhou in Year 5 who achieved High Distinction. David Dong, Matteo Fossi and Ben Xiong in Year 5 all achieved Distinction as did Aidan Procter, Sasha Shepherd and Hannah Smith in Year 6.
Credit Awards went to Filbert Josowidjojo, Chanithi Liyanage, Orina Pan and Amy Sao in Year 5 and Jonathan Gong and Grace Young in Year 6. Olivia Hou, Owen Sun, Timothy Sun and Jeremiah Yu all received Merit Awards.

Each student has an individual TAP-ID and PIN. These are printed on the back of each of the student certificates and can be used by parents to log in to online reports for students.
