Garden to Table Report
This week Room 6 got stuck in to the garden despite the weather challenges.
We were able to begin harvesting vegetables including lettuce, spinach & herbs to use in each dish!
We also started paving around our new garden beds so that we can continue to work in them even when it’s very wet and muddy!
