Good luck to the APPA choir for their dress rehearsal this Monday and performance this Tuesday in the Auckland Town Hall. Parents of choir children, please note the following important information.

Dear Parents / Caregivers,

Next week is an exciting week for APPA choir. We have been rehearsing all year and now it is dress rehearsal and concert time! Here is some additional information for Monday and Tuesday:

1. Our dress rehearsal is on Monday 18th November from 9 - 1.30am in the Auckland Town Hall.

The bus will be leaving school at 8.40 - please ensure your child is at school in the hall by 8.30am at the latest. The bus will be leaving regardless of whether your child is there or not.

1. Our concert is on Tuesday 19th November starting at 7.30pm at the Auckland Town Hall. The children will need to be there at 6.45pm. They need to meet in the downstairs supper room.

The concert finishes at approximately 9.30pm. They children will be released from the supper room. It is quite chaotic down there, so please be patient.

The children need to wear clean and tidy school uniform for both the concert and rehearsal - no jumpers please. Hair tied back please with no extra special hair bows or hair clips.

For those of you who purchased tickets for the concert - I have sent them all home with your child, so I am hoping you have received them. Please let me know ASAP if this is not the case.

I am very very proud of the children. You will notice on the night how well they are prepared and how beautifully they sing. They are amazing children and have been a delight to teach this year.
