The Milford Primary Student Action team meets every Thursday afternoon with Within School Lead teacher Mrs Snowball and Across School Lead teacher Mrs Barrance. The purpose of the Student Action Team is to follow an inquiry model to investigate ways to improve specific aspects of our school for all students by following a design thinking process. The members of the Student Action Team are four Year 6 students, Boston Quiding, Harry Smith, Grace Cameron, and Hannah Ritchie.

Yesterday the team got together with Mrs Michelle Cleaver - Across School Leader from Westlake Girls High School, to begin the design thinking process by gathering information regarding their chosen inquiry topic of Student Voice. She helped them to decide upon the next steps in their inquiry and they were very excited about coming back to continue this work next term. We look forward to finding out more about the findings of the Student Action Team when they feed back to our school at the end of their inquiry.
