THE DOLLHOUSE:

We have come to the end of our 2nd week using The Dollhouse to get sporting equipment out during the breaks. The Dollhouse monitors have been working well together to ensure that things run more smoothly as we progress and iron out any potential issues; without these wonderful volunteers, we wouldn't be able to have this great opportunity.

The students all have their own iceblock stick that has their details on it so that they can just hand it to the monitors in exchange for the item that they want; thank you to our Resource Teacher Tracye Eriksen, who labelled each one of the 585 sticks for us to get underway on Monday. 

We have listened to feedback and have realised that, although frisbees are fun, they aren't being used safely so we will replace them in the coming week with a few foam frisbees that people can share and they will be available for Year 4-6. Children may need to reminded from parents and teachers to use their equipment safely and to store it sensibly in their classes during the breaks before returning it at the end of lunch to get their stick back.
