A huge congratulations to Emily who has excelled in Rhythmic Gymnastics recently! Emily has been busy in the last two weekends preparing for her Rhythmic competitions held on 14 and 20 August.

The first competition was helped in Counties Manukau Gymnastics centre. Emily competed against five other teams, about 12 Rhythmic gymnasts, in her level. Emily did very well. She won a gold medal for level 1- hoops and a bronze for overall. A very proud moment!

Last week’s competition was held in Te Rapa Sportdorm Spiral Rhythmic in Hamilton. This time there were 15 gymnasts competing at her level. Emily did very well and won 2 golds and 1 bronze. Her parents are so proud of her. She has worked extremely hard from early this year and this term, to get ready for the competitions. There is one more competition to go in September and the Rhythmic competition will be finished for this season. Emily is very looking forward to it.
