Welcome back to term 4, from the PTA. As this is always a very busy term with lots of exciting things happening in and around the school, we thought we would give you an update of what the PTA have been up to and what they have planned for this term.

First thing on the PTA calendar is the upcoming Disco, being held on Friday 1 November. Further information regarding this can be found here.

Throughout the year the PTA has run numerous fundraising events, to raise funds for the upgrade of the senior playground. We are pleased to report that we have already raised over $20 000 towards this (with more to come). Final plans for the playground design are being completed, and we look forward to seeing the new playground being installed soon.

We are also planning an exciting event for 2020. Details of this will be shared with the school community soon. We have a busy committee beavering away and planning this event which we hope will be a great way to bring the Milford community together.

If you have ever thought about how you could give back to the school, and not really sure how to get involved, we would love you to join us at our PTA meetings. We are an informal group of like-minded parents who work towards assisting the school by raising funds or creating fun community events to bring the families of Milford together.  Our next meeting is on Wednesday 27 November.  We welcome anyone to join us.
