Wellbeing Club

In Wellbeing Club we made Mindfulness Glitter Jars. Glitter jars are a useful mindfulness tool to use at home and school. Watching the glitter swirl to the bottom of the jar gives us time to practise deep breathing which gives us time to calm down and regain control of our emotions when we experience big feelings. There are lots of instructions online if you'd like to make one too! If you make one at home, send a picture of your glitter jar to Mrs Vader!
