This week, Mrs Hewitt and I were lucky enough to have a visit from some very colourful characters, alias Hanna, Misha, Mariam, Toby, Austin, Ollie, Ian, Elliott, Jordan, Lexi, Anton, Laura and Aylar. They had come to share their fantastic learning in structured literacy, and have been learning to make words that have -ck at the end.

Some of the chosen words were lock, luck, back, rock and tuck. In learning sounds to make and break words, and practising writing words, our youngest learners are showing their fantastic progress in literacy learning! It was also pretty special to have such amazing superheroes, princesses and mermaids come to visit! They are all fearless in their learning and are becoming knowledgeable thinkers.
