Science Week

Morgan McKeen —

This week marked the annual Primary Science Week. In STEM, junior students explored the implications of humans and marine life sharing the ocean by conducting water, oil and food colouring experiments. Following the scientific process, we made observations, asked questions and hypothesised about what would happen. During our observations, we noticed that oil floated above the water and food colouring. This helped us learn about density and how oil is less dense than water. We also made some beautiful underwater art!
