After interviewing children about new initiatives they wanted included in the music programme at Milford School, I have started a lunchtime creative group. This is available on a Tuesday lunchtime for any Year 5 and 6 student that wants to dance, jam, use instruments and be creative!

Ken Robinson, a wonderful advocate for increasing creative opportunities in schools, championed a radical rethink of our school systems, to cultivate creativity and acknowledge multiple types of intelligence. This group certainly encourages this and here is one of the groups own wonderful, self-directed creative performance:
