Principal’s Message

by Sue Cattell

One of the fabulous things about our school is the relationships we have with our students. Yesterday saw the annual staff versus students netball game. Each year we play against the Year 6 team which is a hotly contested match full of one-sided referee calls and laughter. Many other students pack the sidelines cheering for their side. The students played so well and left the teachers knowing they had had a workout!

News from the Garden Shed

by Ellen von Collas and Jillian Sommers

Gardening Club have been working hard to harvest crops, clear weeds, and prepare the garden for some summer vegetables. Today we were able to harvest some lettuce, carrots, radish, parsley and broccoli. Our chefs washed, chopped and grated the vegetables to help make a delicious salad. We added crispy noodles and a dash of olive oil for a bit of added yumminess! We are grateful to parent helper, Michelle Dickson, for returning to help out on Thursday lunchtimes.
