Eastern Bays Kea Club

"Scouting is operating in your area, the Eastern Bays Scout Group situated in Worser Bay is open to all youth aged 6-14.
We welcome young people and are open to all genders, ethnicities and religions. We are the world’s largest non-formal education institution, serving over 13,000 young people all across New Zealand. There are five youth sections in our Scout Group and we are keen to recruit new members for our youngest section, Keas which is for 6 to 8 year old.If you would like to know more please - email easternbays@group.scouts.nz

Join us at Ngā Manu Nature Reserve for Conservation Week this weekend 10th – 11th September

To celebrate Conservation Week, we have a weekend full of conservation focused family fun with face painting, sausage sizzle, coffee cart, a pre-loved clothing sale fundraiser and Eel feeding at 11am and 2pm. You can also meet our cheeky birds and rare reptiles with free Expert and Ranger talks on kaka, kereru, kakariki, tuatara, geckos, skinks, ruru and dactylanthus.
