Kowhai Team and Miramar North say a fond farewell to Delia Hunt and Teresa Keeley.

Delia Hunt

Delia has been with us for three years teaching in Year 2 and in Year 5/6. We thank Delia for the many ways in which she has contributed to our school be it through her lovely relationships with children and staff, her teaching or through the Arts. Delia has also excelled as a Reading Recovery Teacher in Training and there's no doubt she will graduate. Delia's contributions to school-wide events have been much appreciated. Delia is moving to Auckland with her family and we wish her all the very best. Delia, we will miss you.

Teresa Keeley

We are so thankful to Teresa for teaching the lovely children in Room 13 during the morning sessions so Delia could teach children on the Reading Recovery program, we couldn't have done this without you Teresa. Thank you Teresa for your lovely manner and your focus on literacy and numeracy. You gave Miramar North School a lot more of your time than just that half a day! We will miss you and hope to see you again. Teresa is leaving us as her fixed-term contract is coming to an end.
