Each fortnight Kowhai has a science kit arrive at school. It has ALL the equipment in it to carry out lots of different experiments. We have kits booked around chemistry, physics, biology and the environment. All the Kowhai children love this learning, working in small groups, trying lots of new things and taking time to discuss their findings and relate them back to the world around them. This term we have kits booked called ‘How we see the world’, ‘Simple machines’, ‘Flexi physics’, ‘Electric future’ and ‘Sweet and sour’.
