Positive Behaviour for Learning Update

Students at MNS have delved deeper into the TIKA values this term. Through kura assemblies, syndicate hui and discussions in classrooms, students have begun to learn more about what Teamwork, Integrity, Kindness and Ako look like. The MNS Day of Play was a great way to highlight the TIKA values across the school. Many students were spotted showing these values throughout the day. Students have enjoyed receiving certificates in our kura assemblies and at our hui, acknowledging when they have demonstrated a specific TIKA value. Keep talking to your child at home about the TIKA values. I wonder if they can spot anyone showing TIKA values outside of school?
