We are introducing a word/phrase each week for in Te Reo for us to use in the classroom. The students are loving these and have been using the Māori words instead of the English words for hat (pōtae) and lunch box (pouaka kai). We are excited to be building up their knowledge of Te Reo and thought we would put the words onto Seesaw each week so you can use the words with them at home too. Using Te Reo so much is normalising it for the students, which is exactly what we want!
