Ministry/Field workers: Active individual members of your organisation (if overseas- NZ passport holders only but include NZ residents or spouses of NZ passports if sent from NZ), and include non-NZ passport holders deployed in ministry in NZ):

✓ serving longer than one year (or intending to)

✓ who have been deployed with ministry intention through your organisation — whether in Aotearoa NZ (temporarily or permanently) or offshore.

✓ include bi-vocational personnel affiliated with or belonging to your organisation (as members, extension volunteers or ministry partners etc).
