On Wednesday, 19th of October, Monrad Te Kura Waenga o Tirohanga took first place in the Wellington & Manawatu Secondary School Regional Evolocity Finals.  This is the first time an Intermediate kura has ever been invited to compete in the 'NZ Schools Electric Vehicle Build Challenge', let alone winning first place. 

Congratulations to our tamariki involved, Pā Jason and whānau tautoko. After months of hard work and commitment, you have made history, and as a result, Monrad Tirohanga will be judged alongside all regional finalists across Aotearoa. Tū ana te kauwae!
