This term in Marae-Tarata, we've been exploring Shaping Aotearoa. Part of our learning has focused on significant New Zealanders who have made an impact, and students have researched and written biographies to share their stories. We also created acetate portraits to bring these figures to life — check out the attached photos to see some of our awesome mahi!

As part of our inquiry into identity and belonging, we've also written about our Turangawaewae — places that are special to us and help shape who we are.
