Mānawatia a Matariki! We are nearing the end of term 2, and what a busy term it has been! This month, our tamariki led the hautapu ceremony, our first-ever school community event celebrating Puanga-Matariki. It was an honour to come together as a Tirohanga whānau and to take a moment to remember those who have passed on, set aspirations for the year ahead, feed the whetū and enjoy each other's company.

A friendly reminder to all of our year 8 whānau, we encourage you to start considering options for secondary schooling and to be aware of the upcoming open days/evenings for our local secondary schools. We are getting near the time of year when enrolments for next year will soon be due.
