The deaning structure for 2020 has changed. Each student will have a junior and senior dean and one whanau teacher for the duration of their time at MAC. This will ensure that students and staff form strong relationships during the students time at MAC.

DAY STRUCTURE

Due to our growth and having an expected roll of approximately 1130 students in 2020 we can no longer have full school assemblies. A change to senior, junior and house assemblies allows us to meet cohorts and support the change in our deans structure.
It means that the start of our day works on a 10-day timetable. During this time we will have senior, junior and house assemblies as well as whanau classes. It also means that students will start at 8:55am every Monday.

Thursday 23 January 

• Y12 and 13 Course Confirmation Day in Room 7 and 8.

• 9am - 10:30am - A through H

• 10:30am - noon - H through N

• 12:45pm - 2:15pm - O through T

• 2:15pm - 3:45pm U through Z

• Hostel - 4pm

Monday 27 January

• All Year 7 students to meet in the gym 8:35am.

• All Y11 - 13 to meet in the quad 8:35am - 9:45am.

• All new Y8 - 10 students to meet with Junior Deans in the library at 9:45am

• All new Y8 - 10 and Y11 - 13 students can leave at approximately 11am

• Senior Student Leadership training 11:15am - 1:45pm
