4 June - Otago Secondary School Cross Country championships (Dunedin)

PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES

The Year 12 Physical Education classes are learning about how to apply different biophysical principles to training for their chosen sport. The students have been participating in various exercise sessions focused on a different method of training. Thanks very much to F45 Wanaka for the resistance training workout and Wanaka Body for the plyometric training workout. We have also visited the Wanaka Recreation Centre pool (photo above). It was awesome to see Ben Silipo in his element teaching continuous training to his class.
