WORD APRIL MOUNTAIN BIKE HOLIDAY CAMPS

WORD Wānaka April school holiday mountain bike camps are just around the corner, and bookings are open now!  

We've got local camps, and camps heading away over the hill to ride in Queenstown, to suit all riding levels.

Ages: 7-17 years old, all abilities

Focusing on: Skill development, trail etiquette, making new friends, and having a great time.

FESTIVAL OF COLOUR - NW WĀNAKA COMMUNITY THEATRE DAY

Please see the attached Festival of Colour NW Wānaka Community Theatre Day programme to be held on Saturday 1 April.  This is a great day out (and free!) for the Wānaka community and families.


BIKE-A-PALOOZA - WĀNAKA 2023

We're super excited to bring you Wānaka's first youth focused mountain bike event, Bike-a-Palooza. Bike-a-Palooza is fully run and organised by our 14-17 year old assistant instructors, as part of our youth leadership programme. On 25 March we'll gather at Bike Glendhu for a morning of fun on bikes. With four different race courses for different abilities - two will be timed, and two will be just for kicks! From the runner bikes, to the pinners, we've got something for you! We'll have snacks, tunes, and an all-time vibe to make sure it's fun and supportive for everyone involved.

Time: 9.00am-12.00pm
Age: 2 -13 years old
Cost: $15 online, $20 on the day (extra $10 to have a Bike Glendhu day pass included)
Location: Bike Glendhu

FESTIVAL OF COLOUR VOLUNTEERS 

Do you want to gain experience in the arts industry? Have a passion for the arts? Want to mingle with like-minded arts-lovers and professionals? The Festival of Colour offers fantastic opportunities for arts lovers, enthusiasts and students to support our festival performances, assist the artists, engage with the public and be the face of the Festival!

And don’t forget…. you get to see some of New Zealand’s best cultural performances – for free!
