We are recruiting for student librarians to be part of our team. We are looking for students who are reliable, friendly, hard-working, and like helping people. Bonus if you like books and reading! We need students who can follow instructions, and are good listeners and communicators.

The role involves:

• shelving books and tidying book shelves

• keeping the library clean and tidy

• stamping, barcoding, and covering books

• promoting the library, books, and reading

• performing other library tasks as required.

If you are keen to be part of the library team and can commit to turning up for your allocated shift, come into the library next week to pick up an application form and apply! You can use these volunteer hours in our library towards meeting the requirements of the William Pike Challenge, Duke of Edinburgh Award, or Students in the Community.
