YEAR 8 HPV VACCINATIONS
All students in Year 8 will be attending an information session at school on Monday 12 February. An email has already been sent home with a link to the following information supplied by the Public Health team: https://www.immunise.health.nz/about-vaccines/nz-immunisations/hpv-human-papillomavirus-vaccine/
Students will be issued with an information sheet to take home and this includes a consent form. All forms need to be completed and returned by Friday 23 February even if consent is not given (there is a section in the form for declining).
The first dose of the vaccine will be delivered to students (with parental consent) on Monday 11 March.

REMINDER TO REGISTER WITH KINDO
A reminder to parents, to please register with Kindo (our preferred payment option) for payment of student invoices if you haven't done so already. This can be done from our website using the following link: https://mtaspiring.school.nz/kindo-payments/ - find the blue button 'Create an account' and follow the instructions.
Kindo payments can be made by using the myKindo App on your phone via the Kindo website https://shop.tgcl.co.nz/shop/index.html or contact options below:

COLLEGE FUNDRAISER
An adventure town deserves an adventure playground at school.
Quality, well designed playgrounds mean students who are physically and mentally healthier, with minds prepared for learning.
Help 'Parents and Friends of MAC' raise funds for a new adventure playground for students. If every student contributes $67, there could be a new adventure playground available this year! We know that’s not possible for all, so we’ll be fundraising and applying for grants. Please help if you can - either by visiting our "Givealittle" page https://givealittle.co.nz/org/mount-aspiring-college, or parents of the school - please select the link below which will take you directly to the myKindo site. All payments generate an automatic receipt.
