Uniform Reminders for Term 2

Uniform Reminders

The two week holidays is an ideal time to check your child has a warm and correct uniform.

  • No hoodies are permitted - including school sports hoodies
  • A long-sleeved polyprop maybe worn under the uniform but cannot be seen eg jacket or jersey cannot be removed
  • Shoes need to be black and polishable - no fabric sports shoes
  • Socks need to be school socks (black and red only) for boys or short black or white sock for girls - girls may wear full length black tights
  • Only the school jacket can be worn
  • Waterproof raincoats may be worn only if raining and must be removed in class
  • Sandals may be worn but not with socks
  • A school or plain black scarf only maybe worn
  • No caps or beanies to be worn
  • Girls and boys black trousers may be worn but must be full length (cover ankles) dress trousers - available from NZ Uniforms (94 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga)
  • All uniform items must be unmodified

Please check that your child has a correct school jersey or jacket. Non uniform items will not be allowed.

Footwear

  • All foot wear must be plain black, polishable and below the ankle.
  • Boots of any kind, coloured stitching, non-polishing shoes are not allowed.
  • Roman sandals may be worn all year round.
  • Shoes and regulation socks may be worn all year round.

Socks

  • Boys to wear regulation socks available from NZ Uniforms
  • Girls - either black or white ankle socks or black opaque tights.
