In order that students correctly sign in and out of Mount Maunganui College they are required to hand a note in to the Student Receptionist before leaving for an appointment or on their arrival back to school following an appointment. 

This will mean that a student's attendance data will be correctly updated and, in the case of an emergency, the school is made aware of the student's absence.
