School Receptionist / Administrator
- Full time 37.5 hrs per week Monday – Friday

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable person to join our office team to help us to continue to deliver excellent service to our students, staff and community.
The role involves front reception duties as well as undertaking a range of administration tasks. You will need to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and adaptability in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.
We are seeking someone with:
- Previous experience in a frontline reception or customer service role
- A friendly and approachable manner
- A professional reliable work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Competent IT skills with proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suites
- A strong willingness to uphold the culture and values of our school
- Critical thinking with effective solution-focused problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of databases / CRM systems
- A good sense of humour!
The appointment will be made according to the conditions of the Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Employment Contract.
A police vetting report will be required as part of our selection process.
