At the end of September the Timaru United under 18 Football team fought valiantly in the final against Onslow/North Wellington, finishing the match in a thrilling 1-1 draw that led to a nail-biting penalty shootout.

Ultimately, they earned the title of Runners-Up, a remarkable achievement!
(Mountie students Emily and Rachel Duncan were a part of this fantastic lineup).

Throughout the tournament, the team showcased their skill and determination, scoring an impressive 16 goals while only conceding 3.

A heartfelt thank you to the coaches Gary and Paul, manager Penny, and all the friends and family who supported these outstanding athletes.
