Students from the Year 12 Food class took part in a Barista Course that was held at Opihi College on June 22/23rd.

Students made Short Black Coffees, Long Blacks, Flat Whites and Cappuccinos. The students also learnt about where coffee beans are grown, the conditions they need to grow and the different parts of the coffee machine and accessories.
