A little history lesson on our school uniform....
As you can see the Mt Pleasant School uniform has changed a lot. When the school opened in 1928 there were 19 pupils.
Uniform didn't become compulsory until 2003. According to Mrs. Thawley this came about after a child on a trip to the city became lost for a few hours and they were very difficult to identify.
