Our very own Amy C competed at the Halberg Games South a few weeks ago. Amy won the Joyce Fisher - Spirit of the Games Award. Well done Amy!!

The Halberg Games is a three-day national sports festival open to young people aged 8-21 with a physical or visual impairment.  Here's what Amy had to say about it:

The Halberg games is about working as a team, cheering others on, and giving everything a go.  My favourite sport was boccia, because I worked with someone else every time and we worked together to win the game (we didn’t actually win the game).

I had a great time at the Halberg games, it is a super fun event for all disabilities, and it is a great way to make new friends.
