Pre-Christmas Programme, January Holiday programme & swimming...read on for more info!

Dear Parents and Caregivers

Pre Christmas Programme:

We will be running Mt Pleasant Oscar Pre-Christmas Programme from when school finishes on Monday 18th December (lunch time) until Friday 22 December 6pm. We will remain onsite for these days, where the kids can make some presents for family/friends, do some Christmas activities and use the school pool.

January Holiday Programme:

I am currently working on booking venues for this holiday programme but can confirm Mt Pleasant Oscar will be operating from Mon 15th January until Tues 30th January. Programmes will be out in the next 2 weeks.

Enrolment forms:

I will be sending out (via email) enrolment forms to be updated please. Even if your details are the same, I need the forms filled out again with a current date on the form. I will send these out with the holiday programmes.

Fees for 2018:

Holiday fees will be remaining the same for 2018 and families that have permanent slots booked after school will have no fee increase. We are however increasing our fees to casual attendees. These fees will be increasing by $2 a day – (only applies to after school). For full time fee paying families (ie families that are booked every day during term time, without access to subsidies), we are looking at a trial of a slight discount. More information will be coming to those families soon.

Sunhats Please:

Please could we have a spare sunhat in bags for children at Oscar after school and for the holidays? They can be any sunhat at all but we do need one. Also if your child needs a special sunscreen, please could you have one in their bags too? We have ordinary sunscreen available.

Pack Togs please:

The school pool will be opening soon. Please pack togs and a towel (and goggles if needed) for us to use after school when it opens.
