Mt Pleasant School | Te Kura o Paeraki prides itself on the delivery of the PYP Exhibition.

What is PYP Exhibition?

Exhibition is a collaborative, transdisciplinary inquiry process that involves identifying, investigating and offering solutions to real life issues or problems. Exhibition is about students taking action to make a difference and take their learning into the real world.

What does this mean for our senior students?

Students have been grouped according to personal interests expressed around the United Nations Sustainability goals.

They are currently ‘tuning in’ to their chosen area of inquiry. In their groups they are unpacking what they currently know and identifying big questions. From these they will write a central idea and form some lines of inquiry that will drive their inquiry learning.

Here are the amazing groups of students that will be presenting at this years PYP Exhibition:

Who is invited to the PYP Exhibition?

YOU are!!!

Whilst the past couple of years have been challenging to involve all our school community, we are thinking positively that this year we will be able to invite ALL parents to come and experience an evening of Year 8 learning.
