Room 1 have been learning about floating and sinking. 

We have discovered that objects behave differently when placed in liquid and this helps us know how we can use them. We have become scientist and have learnt how to wonder, hypothesis, experiment, observe, record and discuss our findings. 

We can now talk about density, displacement of water, absorption and repelling! We have tested out different materials, made boats from lego and created a boat that can float in the school pool!

We have loved being scientists!
