As an interesting and way to start thinking about the way animals adapt to their surroundings, Room 4 were given the challenge of building an animal’s nest with “junk”.

 Their ideas were generated from a book we read about amazing animal architecture, including underground nests, suspended nests and underwater nests! The nest had to be designed to fit in with the environment with the needs of the animal taken into account.
