Holiday Sporting Successes

Alistair G

Alistair enjoyed plenty of recent success after placing 3rd at the Canterbury Gymnastics Championship along with an even more impressive 2nd equal at the South Island Championship last term. Alistair also managed a brilliant 4th overall in his level at the National Championship in Nelson during the term break. Additionally, he came 2nd at Nationals in High Bar. Way to go, Alistair!

Mila H

Mila was a part of the successful Primary B Girls Hockey side who won the McGrath Tournament in Rotorua. Mila’s side shared the trophy with Northland after drawing 0-0 at the end of regular time and then still a draw after dropoffs. Go you good thing, Mila!

Blake C-D

Blake was a part of the successful Canterbury Black 12th side who won the South Island Football title up in Blenheim. Blake’s side had just the one hiccup on their way to the final where they went on to beat Otago Gold 5 - 4. Top stuff, Blake!

Aaliyah J

Aaliyah’s cheerleading team the Allstar Jagz came 1st from 27 teams and took out grand champions at the Australiasian Cheerleading Champs in Brisbane over the last school holidays.
