Setting up your HERO Parent Accounts
How to access HERO - for the first time or to refresh your memory! And how to reset a forgotten password.
You will be able to view your child’s learning and progress anytime through HERO. Learning portfolios, achieved goals and next steps will be uploaded regularly throughout the year. You can also access student financial details and view these online also. In order to view your child’s report, you will need to ensure that you have activated your HERO account. Please follow the directions below to do this.
How do I access my child’s HERO page for the first time?
Select the Log in link below to download to the Hero App
New User/Forgotten Password:
Enter your username - this is the email address that you have previously shared with the school. Enter your email and then click Get New Password.
An email will be sent to you containing a link for you to click on. The link will take you to a page where you will see your new password. If you choose to personalise this, you can delete the generated password and enter your own strong, secure password.
Check your email - Hero will send you an email with a link to follow.
Follow the link - This will take you to a secure page to enter you chosen password.
You will be able to access and view your student’s on-line school account.
