It was great timing for this challenge, with Father’s Day happening a few days afterwards! 

Some clever Baking Club students made a double batch – one batch to bring along and one batch to put in a safe place for dad!

We had every variation of coconut ice (each one equally delicious!), fudge, toffee, rocky road, hokey pokey, cake pops …!! The standard of baking, and the presentation, just gets better and better each week.
