We have recently completed our first two consultations for our schools build project. We had one night with our Parent and Caregiver Community, and the second with our Teachers and Staff. Both nights were really well attended and we have received some really good feedback in both volume and quality.

It was interesting to see that in some areas the feedback between the two groups very much overlapped, and in others we got some very different perspectives. After receiving and consolidating all of the feedback we spent several hours with the designers working through it and presenting the challenges and ideas. Opus have begun working on the designs, and we will be working closely with them through the process.

While design has started, we are still seeking further feedback from our Community and as such will be hosting another session for the Mt Pleasant Community. If you, or someone you know, be they at School or simply part of our larger Community, have some ideas or questions, please have them attend this session. We will be hosting it in the Mt Pleasant School Staffroom at 6:00pm on Wednesday 4th April 2018.
