Plug the date into your calendar and get your house colours ready!

On Wednesday 10 May we will be holding our school cross country at the Old School Reserve. Students will walk up with their classes from school in the morning.

To make this a safe and successful event, we need some parents helping out with marshalling on the day. If you are able to help with marshalling please email me at meagan@mtpleasant.school.nz

Cheerleaders are also welcome! Supporters could dress in house colours to support their athlete!

On the day, your child will need

• Running shoes

• MPS uniform OR house colours

• MPS fleece

• Refillable water bottle (named)

• Jacket (recommended)

• Polypro or merino underneath their shirt (optional)

Students in years 5 -8 who place first - sixth are eligible to compete at the Zones event which is on Tuesday 31 May at Ferrymead Park.

If we need to postpone the event due to the weather we will make a decision by 8.30am and our postponement day will be on Friday 12 May.
