Wow!!  What a community!  Over $750 was raised after a mammoth baking effort to raise money for the SPCA

On Friday 19th of August, Mount Pleasant school got together to raise money for the S.P.C.A by baking and selling Cupcakes! The tasty Morning Tea was organised by the student council with a few extra helpers at the stalls. 

Thanks to the perseverance of some community-minded students, teachers and parents we ended up with over twice as many cupcakes than first expected.

Each cupcake was beautifully decorated meaning that they were very appealing to all. 

We've sold over 3/4 of the cupcakes and we are sure the rest of them will be enjoyed by parents picking up their kids after school.

We hope that all the money raised will help the S.P.C.A with their important job!
