This week's challenge was to bake anything lemon! There was an impressive range of baking displayed at Thursday's Baking Club meeting - biscuits, cakes, slices, cheesecakes, tarts ... Some students had cooked their own lemon curd, others had experimented with different lemon garnishes. The standard was very high and judging was a hard (and delicious!) task.
