As most of you will know, for a number of years we have been holding our end of year celebration outside on our school field. This year we are excited to be making the move back to an indoor venue. Here's what you need to know!

Where?

Christchurch Boys' High School, 71 Straven Road, Riccarton (see maps below). Parking is primarily on Straven Road or the local side streets.  We suggest you allow extra time to ensure you secure a park in plenty of time.  If you require disability parking, please let the MPS Office know ASAP.

When?

Please be there & seated by 3:00pm for a 3:15pm start. The Year 7 Rock Band will be entertaining you as you arrive.

What time does school start?

Students are expected to be at school as normal at 9:00am in the morning. We will hold morning rehearsals at school before travelling as a school by bus to CBHS from 12:30pm. All students will travel on the bus.

How will my child get there and back?

Buses will start ferrying children to CBHS from 12:30pm. At the end of the celebration, students need to be signed out by their teacher. If you cannot join us, you can collect your child from CBHS between 4:45 and 5pm. If your child is attending OSCAR, we will arrange transport back to school. Kath V will have been in touch with you about this.

Can I come?

We would love it if you could join us! Unfortunately, due to space-restrictions we are limited to 2 seats per family. If you require more seats please let the office know ASAP as extra seats will be limited. If you intend to bring younger siblings, please be mindful there will be no seating available for little people so they will need to sit on your lap.

What time will this finish?

We expect to finish between 4:45 and 5pm. All going to our master plan!
