Below is the information for you to set up your times with each teacher for the upcoming conferences (Tuesday 20th February, Thursday 22nd February and Wednesday 28th February) from 2:15pm - 7:30pm each day). This is the same format we have operated in previous years.

Early next week a Discussion Document will be sent home for you to share with us your perception of how your child has settled into school, their strengths, and what you would like to see the teacher work to develop over the year.  At the conference, you will work to formulate these steps and this will form the plan for Terms 1 & 2 (these will be re-visited at the beginning of Term 3 when we have another 30-minute Conference). Please fill out the discussion document and send back to your child’s class teacher by 3:00pm on Friday 16th February. This will allow the teacher to prepare thoroughly for your child’s conference.

If you have more than one child at Mt Pleasant School, we ask that you have booked your conference times by Thursday 15th February. Then all other parents are able to make bookings after this time. This should make the booking time easier for those with multiple bookings. Bookings will close on Monday 19th February.

Note: As Basecamp has a slightly different conference schedule, they will send home information regarding their conferences to their families.

Parent Conference Booking…

These will be held over three days (from 2:15pm - 7:30pm each day)

What you need to do:

• Fill out the Discussion Document and return it to your child's class teacher by 3:00pm on Friday 16th February (this has been sent home with your child)

• Go to the School Interviews website and book your conference with the teacher (see details below)

What you need to know…

• We use an online booking system for parents to book a suitable time

• Each interview is 30 minutes long

• The final booking time is 7:30pm each day

• It is expected you will book a 30 min slot for each of your children over the three days allocated

• If you do not have access to the Internet, please call the office to book a time

• School will be closed at 2:00pm on each of these days. OSCAR will be providing a service, please contact Kath - 021 0222 0877

Step 2 – Type this code m3ezk into the green school code box.

Step 3 – Follow the prompts to select your child’s year level, teacher etc.

Step 4 – Select an available time slot that suits you.
