✨ Matariki

The rising of the Matariki star cluster signals the Māori New Year. Matariki appears just before dawn. It is a time when we remember loved ones who have passed away, celebrate the present and make plans for the year ahead. Many classes have already begun to explore ngā whetū o Matariki - the stars of Matariki. Learning their names, meaning and connection to the environment.
