Juniors take to fitness

PE and health teacher Jo Cotton —

Year 9 & 10 students have recently completed a fitness unit during physical education lessons.

The students have experienced many new methods and components of training such as circuits, photo orienteering, muscular endurance, strength, continuous and interval training.

They have also been setting fitness goals so as to challenge their current level of physical ability and there have been many fun sessions had by all.
