Important evenings next week for all Year 9 and Year 10 families to meet their tutors and hear an overview of our pastoral care systems at Nayland College. See below for dates, times and additional information.

Meet the Tutor evenings are scheduled for next week Monday and Tuesday as follows:

Monday 17 Feb 6:00-7:00pm – Pegasus and Draco 

Tuesday 18 Feb 6:00-7:00pm – Aquila and Phoenix 

The ‘Meet the Tutor’ evenings are for us to:

• Welcome year 9 and 10 students and their whanau to their tutor classes and meet the tutors

• Inform parents of opportunities for students in the junior school and of our PB4L, House and pastoral systems

• Provide an overview of the Ko Wai Tātou programme in year 9

• Allow an opportunity for caregivers to ask questions about school systems

• To create a positive and welcoming atmosphere among junior students and their whanau and the school 

The programme for the evening is as follows:

• 6:00pm: Gather in the hall for a welcome and information from our Senior Leadership Team, Deans, Heads of Houses and Student Leaders.
• 6:30pm: House Tutors take students and whanau to tutor classes for a meet and greet opportunity.
